Introducing... The Chem Connection
inspire your students all day,
and still have a life after the final bell rings.
for the chemistry teacher who deserves as much as she gives
You care deeply about your chemistry students. You want them to leave your class actually understanding science, not just memorizing formulas and forgetting everything by Friday.
But between managing labs, grading, pacing guides, and everything else added to your plate, you're spending hours every week doing something that has nothing to do with teaching.
You're searching.
Searching for a lab that actually works without a fume hood.
Searching for a reading guide that doesn't read like a textbook.
Searching for something, anything, that will get your students engaged tomorrow morning.
And you're doing it at 8pm. At your kitchen table. While your family is in the other room.
You told yourself you'd leave school at school. You haven't managed that yet.
You love science. You love your students. But right now chemistry class is costing you more than it should: more nights, more weekends, more of yourself than you ever planned to give.+
You're not struggling because you're not good enough. You're struggling because nobody has taken anything off your plate in years.
Nobody has looked at everything you're carrying and said, "I've got you. Here's what you need. It's done. Go be with your family."
"I found The Chem Connection at 9pm on a Sunday and joined right then and there. Went to the Teacher's Desk, found an activity that was actually active in 5 minutes, read the teacher resource page of it, and went to bed."
— Kristin H., Illinois"For the first time in three years I left school on Friday without a single thing left to plan."
— Debi Z., New York"I didn't know how much I needed this until I had it."
— Heather S., TexasInspire your students all day,
and still have a life after the final bell rings.
"The reading guides alone are worth the membership. My students actually ask to do them."
— Mike R., California"I used the Teacher's Desk three times in the first week. A sub day, a half day, and a Monday where I just needed something ready."
— Suzanne R., North Carolina"Kindra responded to my email in two hours with exactly what I needed. I didn't expect that."
— Lisa G., ColoradoThe Element level (what you learned about above) is a full, powerful experience on its own. The Chem Skills Kit alone will change how Monday morning feels. The Teacher's Desk gives you the safety net. The direct access to Kindra means you are never figuring it out alone.
But maybe you're looking at your classroom and thinking something bigger. Not just better resources. A different classroom entirely. One where your students show up ready to work. Where the thinking belongs to them, not you. Where you're not the only one talking, carrying, doing.
Where you walk out at the end of the day feeling like yourself again: not dreading tomorrow, and maybe, just maybe, actually looking forward to coming back. Once you've had a real leave-it-all-at-work evening at home, of course!
That's what the Catalyst level is for.
In chemistry, a catalyst lowers the activation energy of a reaction; it makes something happen that otherwise wouldn't, faster and with less effort. That's exactly what the Equilibrium Strategies suite does for your classroom.
Equilibrium Strategies is a complete a la carte library of instructional strategies designed to shift the weight of learning from your shoulders to your students'. These aren't tips. They aren't quick fixes. They are the strategies that turn your classroom into a place that runs itself, where students carry their own learning and you finally get to be the guide you always wanted to be.
Equilibrium Strategies (video + implementation guide + teacher notes)
Inside the Catalyst level, you have access to the 10 foundational strategies (above) plus new ones added every quarter.
Each strategy bundle includes a teacher implementation guide, a quick reference one-pager, and an in-depth video walkthrough from Kindra.
A la carte access: use what you need, when you have the capacity, with zero pressure to keep up with somebody else's schedule. Nothing rotates out. Nothing disappears.
Videos range from 20-40 minutes so you can find one that fits the time you have and what you need right now!
For $10 more a month, you stop being the only one working hard in your classroom.
$27 gets you: Everything in Element, plus the strategies that shift the work to your students and give you your classroom and your evenings back.
Because the teacher who inspires all day deserves to rest at night.
"The Equilibrium Strategies changed who does the work in my classroom. It's not me anymore."
— David C., Washington"The Catalyst level is the best $10 I spend each month! Plus thanks to the in-depth videos and implementation guides, I was able to submit & use my learning for PD credit!"
— Molly D., MichiganAt Element you get your evenings back.
At Catalyst you get your evenings back and a classroom that runs itself.
Either way the people who matter most to you get a better version of you walking through that door.
The foundational membership for the chemistry teacher who is ready to stop searching and start showing up prepared, confident, and ready, every single month.

Hi, I'm Kindra, the secret weapon for under-supported chemistry teachers who dare to dream of students who are actually happy to walk through their door, all without spending every free minute trying to make it happen.
As a previous chemistry teacher, teacher mentor, and assistant principal (once all at once, 10/10 do not recommend) I know your classroom because I lived it. I know what it feels like to love chemistry and still feel like you're always one step behind. I know what it feels like to spend an entire evening searching for a lab that actually works, come up empty, and build something from scratch at midnight that you're still not completely happy with when you hand it out the next morning.
I also know what it feels like on the other side.
When your students are engaged. When the lab runs the way you imagined it would. When a student looks up from their desk mid-activity and says , "wait, this is actually cool." When you walk out of school at the end of the day feeling like a great chemistry teacher and still have enough left in you to be fully present at home.
That's the classroom I built The Chem Connection to help you create.
I spent years developing resources, refining strategies, and figuring out what actually works in a real high school chemistry classroom aka not a perfect one, definitely not a fully funded one, and not one with unlimited prep time. A real one. With real students, real constraints, and a real teacher who also has a real life outside her classroom.
Everything inside The Chem Connection exists because I wished it had existed when I was in your shoes.
Also, you should know...
My goal is/was never to create chemistry majors.
My goal was to create students who, when they looked back on their high school years, thought, "hey, that class was actually kind of cool. I remember that lab. I remember that activity. I remember walking in not wanting to be there and somewhere along the way starting to look forward to it."
Because here's the truth about traditional high school, so much of it is sit down, learn, grind, homework, repeat. And I worked hard to build a chemistry classroom that was different. One that had moments of genuine fun. One that remembered that we are still teaching kids, and kids deserve to enjoy the place they spend most of their day.
I think about the students who walked into my classroom in September with their arms crossed. Students who already decided that chemistry was not going to be for them. And then I think about the moment (sometimes six weeks later, sometimes after the first semester) when something shifted. When the arms uncrossed. When the eyes came up. When a student walked in and said, hey, what are we doing today? And meant it as a question, not a complaint.
That shift: from this is going to be the worst to we actually do cool things in here, is what great chemistry teaching can do. And the resources inside The Chem Connection exist to make that shift possible in your classroom too.
Because someday your students are going to have kids of their own who come home and say they have to take chemistry. And I want your former students to be the ones who say, "that class is hard, but it's actually really cool. I loved it."
That's the narrative I want to change. One chemistry classroom at a time.
And now I can't wait to be your go-to person.
The one who finally said, "here's what you need, it's already done, now go do literally anything else tonight."
So go dust off the TBR pile. Watch your show and stay awake.
Win at whatever game your kids have been begging you to play. Enjoy bedtime.
You've earned it.
💛Kindra
So what's the best part?
The best part of The Chem Connection isn't what happens in your classroom. It's what happens when you get home.
The labs are ready. The reading guides are done. The career spotlights are built. The safety net is stocked. The strategies are waiting. And Kindra is standing by in your corner.
All that's left is you.
You became a teacher because you wanted to make a difference in your classroom, in your students' lives, in the way they see science and themselves. That hasn't changed. What needs to change is how much of yourself it costs you to do it.
The Chem Connection exists for exactly this moment. The moment you decide that being a great chemistry teacher and having a great life outside your classroom are not two things you have to choose between anymore.
Pick your level. Get instant access. Open your first kit.
And then go home.
